We're currently in search of a seasoned Sales Consultant to enhance our expanding showroom team.

**About you**
- Prior experience in administrative roles, retail, allied health, or department stores is highly valued.
- You possess qualities such as empathy, organisation, drive, and patience.
- You're an outgoing and energetic individual, adept at engaging with a diverse customer base and fostering relationships.
- You're skilled at juggling multiple tasks without compromising on detail and accuracy, even in a fast-paced retail setting.
- You exhibit excellent telephone etiquette.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Engaging in solution-oriented sales within the retail sector.
- Collaboration — Being a key member of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.
- Technical Proficiency — Utilising computer systems effectively.
- Aesthetic Management — Overseeing visual merchandising to enhance in-store experience.
- End-to-End Order Management — Overseeing the entire order process from initiation to completion.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bentleigh, VIC 3204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
