Hotel Bellinzona is seeking an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Guest Services Attendant for our beautiful estate in Daylesford-Hepburn Springs, just 1.5 hours from Melbourne.

Nestled in the thriving spa township of Daylesford-Hepburn Springs, Hotel Bellinzona is Regional Victoria’s most exciting up-scale destination, offering the fresh & modern Virgin Cafe, a sophisticated Lobby Cocktail Lounge and classical Oxford Dining Room alongside 43 stylish guest rooms and suites. Elegant conference, corporate and event spaces offer flexibility across 4 specific areas whilst the expansive grounds of the estate allow for additional options. The Amalfi, directly opposite Hotel Bellinzona offers 20 beautifully crafted guest rooms catering to both the leisure and conference segments.

As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be the face and first point of contact for Hotel Bellinzona. In this busy and varied role, you will be on your feet and utilising your amazing customer service skills to provide our guests with the best experience whilst at the reception desk. You will be motivated and hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in the role.

Your key responsibilities are to undertake the day-to-day duties associated with check in and check out of our guests, accommodation reservations, answering all calls, directing conference and restaurant customers plus being the general “go-to” person for any queries our guests may have

You’ll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands, shifts will vary across a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We’re looking for
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience in an upscale 4-5-star hotel or resort
- RoomMaster knowledge would be preferable
- A desire to deliver a high level of customer service
- A professional and personable face-to-face and telephone manner
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- A high attention to detail
- Team player and work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (no night audit required)
- Accommodation may be available in property-operated premises
