The focus of the Customer Service Representative role is to provide accurate and timely customer service while ensuring you maintain high standards of store presentation and stock management. You will need to have fantastic customer service skills and previous experience in a retail environment will be highly regarded. It is essential that you are available to work flexible Trading hours, including weekends. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.

The role will provide support to the Store Manager by assisting with production of fresh value-added prepared products. The person in this position will maintain good relationships with both team members, customers & suppliers.

Assisting with the day to day running of the store. Ensuring the high standard is maintained.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to motivate others

Operational experience in stock management and inventory control

Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach

Strong interpersonal, motivational, communication and organizational skills

Have an eye for detail, with the ability to problem solve, prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and enforce store standards

A passion for food, be highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Excellent communication skills.

A self motivated and enthusiastic approach and enjoy working in a team environment.

Excellent customer service & experience exceeding customer expectations.

An understanding of Store cleanliness and hygiene

Experience with receipt of goods

Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $23.00 - $38.00 per hour
