The Talent Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Talent Partner and, wider People Team to deliver efficient and high-quality recruitment solutions across the business.

This is a genuine Hybrid opportunity. While you will be required to be on site up to 4 days per week, at any of our multiple sites across Melbourne, you'll have flexibility in your schedule and location.

**The Talent Administrator will engage in all aspects of the recruitment process including, but not limited to;**
- Write, post, and maintain Job and Expression of Interest advertisements.
- Support People projects such as employee engagement initiatives and diversity & inclusion programs.
- Support the scheduling and delivery of inductions, orientations and other onboarding activities as directed.
- Support the Senior Talent Partner in the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting activities.
- Accurately document recruitment and assessment outcomes.
- Accurate documentation and distribution of Operational meeting minutes.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or previous administration experience (preferably in HR).
- Ability to engage and build relationships at all levels within the business.
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills.
- The ability to critically analyse processes and procedures to unlock efficiencies.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
