**About our Opportunity**

Do you have a passion and or want to build your career in credit?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Credit Officer / Administrator to join our dedicated credit team supporting our local Victorian operations. As a valued member of the team, you'll have a customer-focused approach when performing accounts receivable tasks including managing collections and outstanding debt, you are critical to contributing to optimal cash flow of the business.

In addition, you will:

- process customer payments from the bank statement daily
- process credit payments and banking
- debit collection for a medium size ledger
- handle and resolve customer queries

**About You**

We’re looking for a team player who will contribute to a positive work environment, you’ll be collaborative and pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service. We’re looking to leverage your comprehensive administration experience and have the initiative to participate in our comprehensive training and demonstrate a willingness to learn, you’ll have open and transparent communication, and you need to have the ability and confidence to cultivate positive relationships and the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups.

In addition, you will bring:

- out of the box thinking - 90% of this role requires problem solving skills
- SAP experience, is advantageous but not essential
- have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
