**What’s on Offer?**

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our Finance team, for managing the complete accounts receivable cycle while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proactively following up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring payment is received by due date
- Frequently communicating with customers to resolve queries & account issues in a timely manner
- Processing daily bank statements, allocating receipts/payments, and reconciling accounts
- Completing banking and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and reports
- Assisting the Accounts team with general accounting & administrative duties
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
- Reviewing contract documentation for accuracy on final account

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus).
- Experience in delivering quality customer service, using initiative to manage difficult situations, and responding promptly and professionally to stakeholder needs.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- Capable of developing and improving accounts receivable processes.
