- $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation

**The Role**
Reporting into the CFO, this Procurement Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic procurement activities for both direct and indirect spend.

Key duties include:

- Manage existing vendor panels, supplier performance and contract reviews.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that maximise the value of spend to improve the quality of products and services received and minimise supply risk
- Develop, recommend, and implement new procurement initiatives regarding both direct and indirect spend categories including electricity, packaging, ingredients, chemicals, heavy equipment, professional services etc.
- Monitor and manage the risk associated with all procurement activities
- Engage with key stakeholders to drive change and continuous improvement in the management of key suppliers
- Review procurement and market data to develop insight on trends across the business and supplier landscapes, identifying opportunities for alternative supply and to mitigate risk
- Develop transparent relationships with suppliers that aligns the delivery of goods or services

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience within a Strategic Procurement position
- FMCG, Food or manufacturing experience is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
- SAP exposure is desirable or other ERP systems experience
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
