**T**HE POSITION**
- During mobilisation work closely with the project mobilisation team to support employee transition, recruitment, on boarding and training of employees, and support the setup of people-systems and processes.
- Work closely with The New Footscray Hospital (NFH) People Operations Business Partner to support the people strategy & operations of Compass at the hospital.
- Provide HR support, including addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with performance management and investigations.
- Train, mentor, and coach managers, supervisors, and employees, while ensuring compliance with training administration and audits.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on talent attraction and maintain a pipeline of new recruits.
- Analyse employee data, generate reports, and manage workers' comp claims in coordination with Compass Group's WHS team.

**THE PERSON**
- 2-3 years admin experience.
- HR experience and/or qualification is well regarded.
- Solid stakeholder engagement capabilities with a strong focus on building stakholder relationships.
- A strong communicator, able to interact at different levels across the organisation.
- Ability to develop simple project plans and deliver.
- Embraces, promotes, and adapts well to change.
- Passion for customer service.
