We are currently seeking a
**Service and Parts Receptionist** with excellent communication and customer service skills. Upon a supportive training and development plan, this position has a great career progression within the business. This position will report to the Service Manager.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Answering a busy switchboard
- Greeting customers and visitors and assisting customers with queries
- Processing banking and statements
- Preparing quotes and data entry
- Ordering stationery and checking mail
- General administrative support
- Experience in a customer service position
- A high level of attention to detail
- Strong communications skills - verbal and written
- A willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
