Erina, Australia Bohemain Traders Full time

We are looking for a multi-skilled, hardworking and efficient warehouse assistant with an interest in assisting the smooth functioning and running of our Erina warehouse (working with and reporting to the Warehouse, Fulfilment & Logistics Officer).

**The aims of this role are two-fold**:
1. To assist with the order fulfilment process for Bohemian Holdings orders including the shipping & dispatch for online retail, wholesale and boutique orders, along with any other outbound logistics from the warehouse.

2. To assist with organisation of warehousing of Bohemian Holdings stock including full inventory management, warehousing space allocations/layouts, shipping & dispatch.

In time, they will develop a comprehensive understanding of stock management techniques and inventory control methods and procedures.

**This role includes specifically, but is not limited to the following**:

- Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity and type.
- Packaging and processing products before they are dispatched.
- Helping to ship orders daily.
- Picking and packing products.
- Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas.
- Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
- Labelling goods that have arrived at the warehouse where required.
- Contacting transport companies and coordinating dispatch and delivery with them where required.
- Preparing deliveries for AusPost/DHL etc
- Moving and organising stock.
- Ensuring a clean and safe warehouse.
- Signing off and replenishing stock.
- Occasionally delivering stock to shops and retail outlets.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.83 - $36.22 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
