As a Care Worker with us, you'll have the opportunity to deliver personalized care services to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, transportation, and personal hygiene support. Your role will involve promoting their independence and dignity, fostering positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families, and providing companionship and emotional support. You'll also help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by supporting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household duties.

We offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. To qualify for this position, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry, a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds, and a valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
