Due to an internal promotion this market leading Australian insurance firm are looking for a proven internal audit manager looking to take the next step in their career. In this standalone position you will report straight into the Director of Risk & Compliance and be responsible for managing the entire interal audit framework and deliverables. Both an operational and strategic role this is ideal for a current internal audit manager or senior audit officer looking for further responsibility, keen to move sectors and enjoy the many perks and benefits that come with this company. Requiring a strong communicator with exceptional internal audit technical ability this is a crucial hire for the business and they are happy to offer a market leading salary and additional benefits. Based in North West Sydney they have a modern office and the chance to work close to home.

**The Role**:

- Manage the entire Internal Audit program.
- Meet and work with internal stakeholders to assist and educate on internal audit processes.
- Ensure all regulatory and legal audit standards are being met company wide.
- Internal company analysis and reporting.
- Identify way to improve business processes and offer solutions.
- Support the GM Risk & Compliance with ad-hoc projects and new process rollouts.

**Skills Required**:

- CA/CPA qualified.
- Minimum 3 years Big 4, Financial Services or Insurance industry experience.
- Passion for internal audit.
- Confident communicator with proven examples of leading internal audit processes.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Able to commute to North West Sydney.
