Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds in various areas in Melbourne.

Beata Homecare is looking for **Khmer Speaking Home** **Care Workers **to join our team to assist clients around Springvale, Clayton, Dandenong, Cranbourne and surrounding areas.

**Role**:
You will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties include:

- _**personal care**_ (showering, grooming, dressing)
- _**in-home respite**_
- _**domestic support**_ (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- _**transport in your own car **_(to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
- _**providing companionship**_

This is a casual position. Part-time position also available.

**Requirements**:

- _**Must be able to speak Khmer**_
- Certificate III+ in Aged Care / Individual Support/Disability OR nursing student
- 2 year + experience as a personal care worker/aged care worker/ disability support worker
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/Police check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, honest, ethical, willing to learn, able to work autonomously
- Must be able to travel to various locations
