**Your new role**

Previous experience within the educational sector is highly desired.

**As the Research Relationships Coordinator you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support and advice to research stakeholders based on a detailed understanding of researcher needs and an understanding a range of university policies and external requirements.
- Develop and maintain information and materials for websites, guidelines, workshops and training sessions.
- Coordinate, participate and present information in workshops information and training sessions.
- Gather and assess information and make recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and use of systems and processes which capture, measure and promote the broad economic, social and cultural impact of research and its outputs.
- Engage and collaborate with key university service providers (e.g. Legal Services, Financial Services, People & Culture, DTS and Properties).
- Support the embedding of a change in the service delivery offered to Curtin’s Researchers by always being committed to improvement and new ways of working.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Completion of a diploma qualification with relevant work experience; or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in and commitment to the implementation of best practice, continual improvement, and client focused service delivery standards to deliver effective and efficient customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and the ability to work collaboratively across an organisation to develop strong relationships and networks, work collaboratively within a team and provide supervisory guidance to others.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated effective time management and organisational skills

You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
