**The Company**

This recognisable food manufacturing business is part of a large global food manufacturer. Due to an internal promotion, there currently exists a vacancy for a WHS coordinator to join their collaborative and close-knit team which sits within the Human Resources function.

**The Role**

Reporting into the HR Manager and under the guidance of the Safety Operations Manager, your key duties will include the following:

- Conduct investigations for injuries, near misses or hazards.
- Return to work coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with the safety management system and ensuring updated with relevant standards and legislation.
- Completing risk assessment for all plant and machinery on site.
- Various administrative duties.
- Driving and coaching a safety culture throughout the site.

**Your Background**
- Certificate IV in OHS and/or relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing hazards and experience working in a safety role within a food manufacturing environment; and
- Good organisational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
