About Us
At Allclass, we are Queensland's leading Kubota dealership, operating across six branches. Guided by our values of Care, Mutual Accountability, Kaizen, Reliability, and Tenacity, we are committed to delivering peace of mind to our customers and ensuring a safe, supportive workplace for our team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and influential Group HSE Advisor to coordinate and advise on all aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) across our branches. Reporting to the Group HR & HSE Manager, this role plays a critical part in shaping our safety culture, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
This is a role for someone with excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiating skills—someone who can engage employees, managers, and external stakeholders to embed safe and sustainable practices in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE compliance across all six branches.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to proactively identify hazards.
• Lead incident investigations, analysing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Design and deliver engaging HSE training and awareness programs for employees at all levels.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness planning and response.
• Manage environmental compliance including waste, pollution prevention, and sustainability practices.
• Analyse HSE data, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Partner with leaders and employees to foster a strong safety-first culture.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in an HSE role, ideally within construction, machinery, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of QLD and national WHS legislation and environmental compliance requirements.
• Experience using and looking after the back-end of HSE Systems
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate and gain buy-in at all levels.
• Practical experience in risk management, incident investigation, and safety audits.
• Ability to deliver training and engage staff in safety practices.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, continuous-improvement approach to safety and environment management.
Why Join Us?
• Be part of a trusted, values-driven business with a strong safety focus.
• Opportunity to make a real impact in building and strengthening a proactive safety culture.
• Work closely with senior leaders and branch teams across Queensland.
If you are passionate about HSE and have the leadership and communication skills to influence positive change, we would love to hear from you. For a confidential conversation about the position, please contact Kelly South on
