An opportunity has become available for an Accounts All-rounder to join their small and friendly team in key support role. While your main responsibility with be processing accounts payable and receivable activities, you will also have the opportunity to be cross trained in other areas of the business.

Duties will include:

- Processing account payable and receivable activities
- Raising disbursements and final invoices as per agreed rates to correct parties
- Data entry including processing creditor invoices, cheques, credit requests, etc.
- Processing EFT payments
- Ensure debtor and creditor transactions are processed in a timely fashion ensuring accuracy
- Bank reconciliation and reporting
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Provide support with documentation management and cartage coordination as required

To be considered for this position you will be a committed team player who displays high attention to detail, excellent communication, and organisational skills. Ideally you will have accounts experience and knowledge of the freight forwarding and customs industry. Exposure to Cargowise is preferable.
