**The Appointment**
Working in a close-knit team, you will be responsible for full function Accounts Payable duties including but not limited to:

- Preparation, receipting, distribution, reconciliation and banking of company funds
- Ensure all accounts payable records are accurate and up-to-date
- MYOB experience desirable
- Debtor management, including verification and distribution of monthly debtor statements
- Preparation of BAS reports for review and payment by management
- Reconcile and process Superannuation within set timeframes
- End of Month reconciliation
- Processing corporate customer and supplier rebates
- Providing support to the broader team as required

**The Appointee**
In order to hit the ground running, you will have prior Accounts Payable experience ideally within an Accounts Allrounder position supporting a SME business. You will be confident, bubbly and be able to maintain a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders. You will have the ability to work autonomously whilst working within a team to achieve objectives. In addition to being organised with highly accurate and efficient Xero, MYOB & MS Excel skills, you will have strong business acumen and understand the importance of following up outstanding matters in a timely manner.
