**Your future team**
As a senior Enterprise sales leader, you will report to Jessica Gilroy (APAC Head of GTM & Enterprise Sales). You will lead a distributed team of senior enterprise sellers, who as a team are responsible for the top 40-50 existing Atlassian customers across India and the greater China region (GCR). This incredible opportunity will have you lead from the front, modelling best in-class leadership, and taking direct ownership for the India and GCR strategy and Enterprise team.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of senior Enterprise Account Directors.
- Hire, retain and nurture top talent as we continue to build our presence across the India and GCR regions
- Develop and implement strategies to support your team in building pipeline and generating revenue across your market.
- Be an expert in selling to C-Suite executives, and operate autonomously at scale.
- Act as the “Exec Sponsor” helping teams navigate complex sales cycles internally, whilst also being a trusted advisor to Atlassian’s C-level customers.
- Advocate for our customers, promoting their needs and uncovering additional value we can add to their organisation.
- You will be a brand ambassador at large scale government and public sector customer focused events and more intimate ABM activities across your team’s market.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably of an Enterprise team
- 10+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Software Sales Experience
- Experience managing key accounts across India and/or the greater China region, formulating and closing strategic sales opportunities
- Experience engaging and building C-level and executive relationships
- Building and executing territory & strategic account plans with your team to drive growth
- Leading and collaborating extended account teams to drive successful customer outcomes
- Experience proactively engaging customers with a consultative, solution-focused approach in discovering new opportunities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and team performance targets
- Contributes to the overall team culture in a positive, impactful way
- You have a learner mindset
- Ability to partner cross-functionally, and proactively build a network with internal and external stakeholders to drive the business forward and support your team’s endeavours
