As a **Guest Services Attendant**in our Entertainment team**,** you will form an integral part of our front of house customer service experience for our world class productions at The Star Gold Coast. The successful applicant for this role will need to be dynamic, well presented and pro-active to the needs of our guests. **A few of your responsibilities**: - Welcome and assist guests by escorting them to seats, resolving inquiries, and handling concerns professionally - Maintain a clean and well-presented theatre, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable guest experience - Assist in emergency response procedures, including guiding patrons during evacuations and ensuring safety protocols are followed. **What are we looking for**: - Ability to provide exceptional customer service by meeting, greeting and escorting guests - Willingness and availability to work a varied schedule based on business needs - A natural ability to build memorable connections and take good care of our valued guests **About you**: With your keen eye for detail and a passion for creating amazing experiences, you’ll play a key role in making every guest’s visit safe and unforgettable.
