As a **Food and Beverage Attendant**in our** Events team**, you will be entrusted with delivering outstanding customer service to every guest, ensuring that their experience begins and ends with a warm, enthusiastic, and professional touch. Our bustling Events Department hosts a wide range of events, from large-scale conventions and exhibitions to elegant galas, weddings, and special celebrations. **A few of your responsibilities**: - Provide friendly and efficient food & beverage service - Collaborating with the events team to deliver seamless service for all functions - Communicating additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen - Maintaining immaculate cleanliness of work areas through clean-as-you-go procedures - Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards are maintained **What are we looking for**: - Experience working in a hospitality or customer service role (Previous events experience highly regarded) - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment - Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays - Passion to learn and grow your career in the hospitality industry - Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment **About you**: With your keen attention to detail and outstanding customer service skills, you will work seamlessly within a large and diverse team.
