The Star Gold Coast is currently hiring a Guest Experience Manager for an immediate start. In this role you will assist with the development of quality assurance initiatives and manage processes to seek and measure valuable customer feedback. The Guest Experience Manager will deliver executive analysis and reporting to The Star's internal teams to enable constant improvement in our Guest service delivery. This role will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders in Hotels, Food & Beverage, and Gaming to deliver positive outcomes to our operations, service and product offerings.
