We are looking for a FULL-TIME **Group Services Manager - Operations **who will be responsible for ensuring high-quality group services and fostering a culture of innovation and improvement at Onemda campuses across Melbourne.

**What this role involves**

As the **Group Services Manager - Operations**:
**You will**:

- Lead performance targets, implement rectification plans as needed, and ensure clear reporting of service delivery outcomes.
- Oversee operational logistics, financial management, and staff training and development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
- Manage workforce requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

**Eligibility**:

- Tertiary level qualifications in Business Management or Human Services field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the sector.
- Valid driver's license
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers' Screening Check
- Familiarity with Disability Services Act 2006, NDIS, NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards, and Victorian Charter of Human Rights
