**About the role**:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Group Product Manager to lead a team of Product Managers driving the future of our Online Network and Growth portfolio. In this pivotal leadership role, you will shape the end-to-end strategy and delivery for Home Delivery, Click & Collect, and Partner Delivery services across our store and Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) networks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing digital product strategies and delivery roadmaps that enhance customer experiences, drive growth, and improve business performance. This includes informing digital and operational investment decisions that support both strategic and tactical store initiatives. Your leadership will directly contribute to improved profitability through cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustained network analysis and data insights.
