Remote Digital Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support company objectives and goals
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize performance
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop engaging content for digital campaigns, including copy, graphics, and video content
- Identify new digital marketing trends and opportunities and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with our web development team to optimize the user experience and drive conversions
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure we are using the most effective methods to reach and engage our target audience
- Participate in brainstorming and planning sessions to develop marketing strategies and tactics that align with company goals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working in a remote environment preferred
