Reporting to the Regional MARC Manager, the **Contract Support and Asset Management Supervisor** is responsible for the development of maintenance and repair contract pricing solutions and aftermarket maintenance agreement support.

Through key stakeholder collaboration such as Sales, Operations, Commercial and Finance, the Contract Support and Asset Management Supervisor will be responsible for the support of maintenance tenders, maintenance contract variations and active aftermarket maintenance agreements.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**:Monday - Friday, 8-hour days

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Post qualification experience in mining and construction equipment maintenance
- Proven experience in contract maintenance and asset management systems
- Experience in the development, writing and reviewing of contract maintenance proposal documents
- Experience in contract maintenance and repair agreement price development and financial review
- Strong commercial understanding of contract maintenance agreements
- Experience in contract maintenance negotiations
- Leadership experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), as well as customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, along with a high attention to detail and figures
- Knowledge of and experience in utilising continuous improvement and lean principal methodologies
- Align with and actively demonstrate WesTrac’s values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer focus
