Franchise Development Manager

Megasealed has an exciting opportunity for a full time Franchise Development Manager, to join our management team in Sydney.
Reporting to the National Franchise Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the franchisees in all aspects of the Megasealed Franchise Program including business support, compliance obligations and to provide guidance on approved products & accredited services standards. The Franchise Development Manager's role is to assist Franchisees to achieve the technical competency objectives through training development, business performance whilst maintaining a high level of consistency with the Megasealed operational standards.
**ABOUT YOU**:
We are looking for a self-starter and dynamic communicator who possesses the following skills:
- Excellent communication.
- Good organizational skills - you are highly reliable and respond with a sense of urgency.
- Experience working with business owners
- Industry or related trade skills preferably in waterproofing/tiling (not compulsory).
- A willingness to learn both our product and service offerings and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills in the field.
**THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE**:
- Provide sound management advice and leadership to the Franchisees.
- Implementing and adhering to the Megasealed operating standards and guidelines.
- Deliver the Megasealed values and purpose, on a daily basis.
- Assist in developing the Franchisees through business acumen, technical support and training.
- Design, organise and deliver training for Franchisees and technicians.
- Ensure all technical and product matter inquiries for the Franchisees are provided from various sources on a timely basis.
- Assist in the recruiting of new Franchisees.
- Communicating and working closely with the National Franchise Manager on all Franchise activity.
- Become the first line response to our Franchisees on all their operational support and business activity requirements.
- Monitor the Franchisees operational performance in line with Franchise Agreement and Operations manual.
- Foster a franchisee customer service excellence and quality culture.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Preferred trade certified &/or tertiary qualifications in Business - Sales & Marketing
- Preferred franchise network experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to build and drive an effective network
- High level of all round communications and interpersonal skills
