**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Continued business growth has created an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Roll Form Operator** **join the operations team based at Gepps Cross to manufacture and assemble products for our trade and retail customer base.

**This is a full-time opportunity working Day Shift (6am - 2:06pm) with overtime optional.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manufacturing and assembling of building material to the customers’ requirements
- Operating various fixed plant machinery including overhead cranes
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects
- Participate in training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Problem solving and inquisitive mindset to learn Stratco products
- Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
- Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
- Experience with sheetmetal manufacturing equipment (folders, press & breaks) will be highly regarded
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Sound awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts & people
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
