With more than 70 years' of experience in the building and home improvement markets, Stratco is one of Australia's largest manufacturers, marketers and retailers of quality building and home improvement products.

As a **Stratco** production team member you will be a key member of our Operations team and will be required to manufacture and assemble steel products for our trade and retail customer base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manufacturing goods to the customers' requirements
- Interpreting product drawings
- Operating roll form and general sheet metal equipment
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate attention to detail and be quality assurance focused
- Adhere to **Stratco** Safety and other policies and procedures

**Key skills and attributes**:

- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in coil slitting
- Head setting experience and handling of coil up to 12 tonne
- Current Forklift License (High Risk License)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Ability to work in a team environment
