As a Cashier, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and ensuring that our customers leave with a smile. This position requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases and inquiries.
- Process payments and provide change or receipts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining store appearance as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.
- Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a high volume of transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $21.43 - $29.58 per hour
