With a recent expansion at The Markets Club, we are seeking multiple energetic front of house customer service employees to work in our Bar and Gaming area. We have positions for both Part Time and Full time available.

About the Role

As our Gaming Host at The Markets Club, you will be the providing exceptional customer service to our gaming and bar members and guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and serving our gaming and bar patrons
  • Serving our gaming patrons, troubleshooting basic gaming machine issues, operating TAB and Keno terminals & cashier duties
  • Serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar and gaming area
  • Performing other reasonable duties as directed by your Venue Manager

About You

  • Team player with customer service focus

Essential:

  • Valid RSA / RCG competency card
  • Ability to provide an effective Customer Service
  • Exceptional cash handling experience
  • Available to work across a 7-day roster working day or night shifts

Desirable:

  • Experience working in a club or hospitality venue in the bar and gaming area.
