**The opportunity**

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate the annual budget and mid-year forecast processes.
- Provide high quality financial analysis and accurate and timely visibility of the financial performance that promotes accountability.
- Build financial management capability via a business partnering approach.
- Conduct statewide financial analysis and prepare financial reports.
- Create, promote and implement processes improvement initiatives.
