**Your new company**
An Australian company with a national footprint across Australia with their WA office and warehouse based in Welshpool. They offer an international freight service for both import and export via sea and air. They have a strong emphasis on quality and service which is underpinned by their company core values.

**Your new role**
As a Sea Freight Supervisor you will be responsible for all ocean exports liaising with your colleagues and external customers to ensure all exports are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. The Sea Freight Supervisor will use CargoWise for all export transactions and operations management. The duties will include but not limited to:

- Creating customer quotes with consideration for co-loader tariffs
- Request quotations from shipping lines
- Register import consolidations and shipments
- Maintain database integrity with up to date vendor rates
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and in house CFS
- Raise invoices and accruals
- All associated export administration and reporting

**What you'll need to succeed**
As the Sea Freight Supervisor you will have previous experience in export and freight forwarding, which will allow you to join the team and be a positive contribution from the start. Your knowledge and skill set will include:

- Ocean export experience
- CargoWise experience
- Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good customer service skills
