In this role, you will provide secure and protected infrastructure design, support and integration capabilities in order to deliver server and network infrastructure with optimum availability and performance.

Specifically, you will:

- Manage comprehensive IT operational infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, M365 and on-premises.
- Maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure within Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Manage secure infrastructure solutions that are continuously improved and adhere to modern architecture standards and best practices in order to support the systems and services used by the organisation.
- Investigate problems, proactively collect performance statistics and carry out agreed change control maintenance tasks to secure infrastructure so that the data and operations of the organisation are protected.

Based in Brisbane, you will be joining our Enterprise Infrastructure and Security Operations team. This team thrives on a culture of high performance, where each member’s dedication to excellence is complemented by a strong emphasis on collaboration, ultimately fostering a dynamic and achievement-oriented environment.

**Your expertise**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as Information Technology or a related discipline or significant relevant experience in the realms of IT infrastructure, security operations and/or cyber security.

We’d also love you to have:

- Extensive and recent experience in system administration of Windows Server and core infrastructure supporting services.
- Expertise in Microsoft Entra for identity and access management.
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On solutions.
- Demonstrated scripting abilities in PowerShell.
