**Job description**

**THE ROLE**
- Clayton based
- Join our team of trained professionals with expertise in tiling and epoxy coatings
- Seeking a versatile supervisor with tiling experience, some knowledge of epoxy coatings would be an advantage
- Reporting to the VIC Manager, the supervisor is responsible for running individual projects from small to large scale
- Good working knowledge of WHS requirements, implementation of WHS, attend training as required or requested
- Construction site experience, setting out of the works, manage projects.
- Highly organised with the ability to co-ordinate & manage trades, maintain a site diary
- The ability to understand and provide manpower programs and job schedules an advantage
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to find additional manpower or tradespeople as required to meet programs
- Keep control of project costs to maintain budgets
- Familiar with basic commercial contract management
- Co-ordinate materials & tile deliveries, order supplies and tooling as required
- Regular reporting including weekly toolbox talks, job progress weekly and monthly
- Assist with tender preparation if required, including site visits to measure and inspect

**THE PERSON**

As the Project or Site Supervisor, you will have
- Some computer literacy is desired, Microsoft office experience preferred
- Understanding and experience of financial processes and systems
- Goal orientated
- General Construction Induction Card
- Drivers licence
- Willingness to travel within VIC and interstate on occasion to suit business needs
- Previous site supervision experience or similar role is desired

**SALARY/TRAINING**
