**Your Host Employer**:
Our client is a leading, independent commercial law firm located within the CBD. Work within a modern, corporate office environment with state-of-the-art technology to setup your successful business future.

**The Opportunity**:
Across 18-months you will receive industry experience whilst receiving paid study to obtain a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business**. With a large team of experts by your side, you are guaranteed all the training and knowhow to progress your career in the legal sector (or similar)

**The Role**:
In this role you will assist all teams by providing high-quality administrative support.

Duties may include:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Prepare documents for delivery (photocopy, scan and bind etc.)
- Undertake rounds, including external deliveries
- Archive and file management - both hard copy and electronic
- Reception relief cover
- Additional administrative duties as required
- Ensure confidentiality and management of client records

**About You**:

- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Exceptional communicator, written and verbal
- Fantastic attention to detail
- A "can do attitude" and a willingness to learn
- Great organisation skills

**Role Requirements**:

- Great sensitivity to private and confidential information
- Proficient computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
