Maxima is on the lookout for customer service superstars to begin their career within the medical industry through a traineeship.

Multiple fulltime opportunities are on offer within the CBD and City Fringe.

Across 18-months you will be provided with practical experience alongside experienced supervisors and paid study time towards achieving a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business.**

These traineeships are extremely diverse, offering you task variety and the ability to build on your skill set. Upon completion you could progress into various roles including a receptionist, records clerk, patients’ officer, management positions and more. There may be opportunities available for permanent roles with our host employers upon successful completion of the traineeship.

**Duties include**:

- Welcome patients and visitors
- Create and update patient records
- Answer incoming telephone calls on a busy switchboard
- Process patient admission and discharges
- Data entry and document management (scanning and filing)

**About You**:

- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Showcases initiative and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Remains calm when working under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

**Role Requirements**:

- Ability to work between 6:30am and 9:00pm
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations or willing to obtain (2 doses)
- Reliable transport
- Previous customer service experience (desirable)
