The Role

Location: CBD Adelaide SA
Duration: 18-month Traineeship

As a Receptionist Trainee, you will work alongside Chartered Accountants to provide timely and professional customer service and administrative support.

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:

- Greet clients at reception
- Handle phone and email enquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Collate income tax returns and financials
- Collect, open and distribute mail
- Prepare letters regarding ATO correspondence

About You:

To be successful in this Traineeship, you’ll need:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals
- Great attention to detail
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Professional presentation

Role Requirements:

- Discretion with confidential information
- Strong computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience (desirable)
