Key tasks include:
Managing Suppliers Accounts and liaising with individual Suppliers
Matching Suppliers Invoices with system posted entries.
Reconciling Suppliers Statements in advance of their monthly payment
Account reconciliation
Preparing account payments
Reconciling credit claims
Data entry
Filing and archiving
Clerical and administrative support to the other members of the Support office team

You will be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders and provide support as required.

You must have excellent communication skills and be willing to provide support to other members of the team.

You MUST be proficient in, V Lookups, Pivot Tables and have strong Excel skills and have a minimum of one to two years’ experience working with an accounts system. E.g MYOB or Quickbooks
