**The Opportunity: School-Based Trainee Educator**
We are seeking motivated and passionate high school students to join us as School-Based Trainees at **Glass House EEC**. This is your chance to gain hands-on industry experience while completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care - all while still at school
You’ll work alongside experienced educators, receive mentoring and support, and get paid while building a strong foundation for your future career in Early Childhood Education.

**Schedule**: Flexible, based on school commitments
**Location**: Glass House EEC
**Hours**: Part-time, aligned with your school timetable
**Compensation**: Earn while you study + benefits + super + retention 10%

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the care and education of children
- Engage in fun, play-based learning activities
- Support children’s health, safety, and well-being
- Work collaboratively with educators and families
- Help with daily routines such as meals, tidying, and activities

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Must be currently enrolled in high school
- Commitment to completing Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
- Current Queensland Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong communication skills and reliability
