There has never been a more exciting time to join the Bras N Things business; as we continue to integrate with our US parent company of one year, Hanes Brands and Hanes Brands Australasia, famous for iconic Aussie brands Bonds, Sheridan and Berlei to name a few We are looking for a highly efficient and proactive Store Support Coordinator to join our Retail Ops teamThis position is an awesome opportunity for team members who are passionate about our business and would love to be involved in projects & processes to best support our retail teams Additionally, you will live and breathe our customer service standards, ensuring to put their experiences first, always **The main responsibilities of the role are**: - Complete and Redirect Service Desk tickets within 24 hours of receiving for the various Store Support categories such as Manual Tenders, Rewards and Store Support. - Managing Store Support phones - Provide support and efficient resolution to Store Team and Customer issues/enquiries.
