**Company Overview**:
We are a fast-growing beauty retailer with 10 stores specializing in beauty and premium cosmetics. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Regional Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across our stores, supporting store managers, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

The **Regional Retail Operations Coordinator** will:

- Travel weekly to stores to support and guide store managers (fuel allowance provided).
- Assist with monthly promotions, sales KPI targets, tester management, and store display arrangements.
- Coordinate stock issues between stores and the head office, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Address and document store-related issues, including theft, by preparing reports and suggesting improvements.
- Ensure compliance with store standards for visual merchandising and promotional execution.
- Create and share short in-store videos or photos for social media to highlight promotions or events.
- Base at the head office for two days per week to manage staff rosters, prepare restock lists, and perform administrative tasks.

**Key Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store marketing.
- Ability to create social media content (basic photography and videography skills).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple store locations weekly (fuel allowance provided).
- Proficiency in Korean or Chinese is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
