**Our Team**

Our Corporate & Capital Markets group is widely recognised as a high performing and market-leading practice, extending across corporate advisory and governance, public and private M&A, capital markets (debt and equity), finance (asset, corporate, property, structured and project), funds management, and regulatory, spanning across all industries.

The Brisbane Corporate (Transactions Solutions) team are a small but close-knit team that is well connected to the national Corporate & Capital Markets group. The personnel in the team regularly work with other partners in Brisbane and in other offices and are highly regarded for their expertise in private and public M&A transactions, capital raising and corporate governance across the government, agribusiness, mining and retirement & aged care sectors.

**Your Role**

We are seeking interest from lawyers from 2 years PQE to Associate level to join the team. You will be working closely with well-regarded partner Stephen Knight providing transactional support and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base. You will also have the opportunity to work with Corporate & Capital Markets partners in other offices as part of our national Corporate & Capital markets team.

**More About You**
- 2 - 4 years post admission experience
- Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience advising on corporate transactions including M&A
- Experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: agribusiness, mining or retirement & aged care.
