**Solutions Leader - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A newly created opportunity for a Solutions Leader based in Sydney to drive the overall revenue generation and retention associated with the Customer Solution products for Campaign Track and Realhub through strong value articulation and seamless integration.- Reporting to the Solutions Director, your key focus is to ensure that the Customer Solution product remains competitive and aligned with evolving market needs. You also need to ensure that the Customer Solution is well-integrated into our customers’ environments and that our teams who support them are aware of the Corporate guidelines and ways of working.***

**In a typical day you should expect to**:

- Work with sales leaders, solution leaders and industry to understand emerging customer needs and scan for market and competitor trends.
- Ensures our broad customer base has a point of escalation, and in collaboration with your team, share and inform customers of new features to improve utilisation
- Manage a team of Implementation Specialists who offer deep technical and solution expertise to support and enable sales & customer solutions to effectively sell + encourage utilisation of the solutions, and embed solutions for agency and non agency-customers.
- Collaborates with other departments such as Customer Solutions, Sales & Account Partnership and Commercial Operations to ensure customer needs are met and agreed ways of working are communicated, documented and embedded.

- Proven experience in people management is essential and practise inspirational leadership (lead, mentor and coach) style
- Proven sales experience, and demonstrated ability to build retain and strengthen customer relationships
- Strong experience in project management - business planning and diligence at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and producing appropriate solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and business communication (written & oral) skills
- Proven presentation skills to leadership teams in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Experience implementing new operating models is desirable
