**The Opportunity: Lead Educator**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week

- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead your team in creating and delivering an educational program fostering children’s learning and development.
- Prioritize children’s health and safety.

- Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

**Qualifications**:

- Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

**About Us**:Busy Learners Early Education Centre** opened in October 1993 and cares for 75 children aged from birth to school age. We provide before and after school care to school age children as well as vacation care in the school holidays. We offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our every day learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
