This role will be full-time, permanent with an immediate start for the right person.

As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in shaping their experience. **About the Role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Providing frontline customer service to all customers who visit our site
- Keeping customers informed about the repair process and estimated completion dates for their vehicles
- Supporting management with inventory, including parts, paint, and consumables
- Liaising with insurance providers regarding claims and repairs
