**DXC Custom Applications Practice - General Manager ANZ**

The primary objective of the Custom Applications General Manager is to drive profitable growth in Testing, Applications Managed Services and Applications Modernisation and Development in the Australia and New Zealand market. Secondary, is to support successful delivery of the services to our customers and offering development to differentiate DXC in the market. To be successful in this position, you will leverage your expert sales and leadership experience to build plans and strategies to accelerate our growth agenda and cement our market position.

**Responsibilities**

The DXC Custom Applications business is a strategic growth focus for our Consulting and Engineering Services (CES) Business. You will be part of a core leadership team that drives the overall CES business in the ANZ region and an extended member of the DXC ANZ Senior Leadership Team. **This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.**

**People Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Custom Applications business development and sales professionals.
- Collaborate closely with Custom Applications Delivery leaders inspiring them with opportunities for growth and leveraging their expertise for delivery led growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration among team members.
- As a member of the ANZ leadership team collaborate with Consulting, Data & AI and Enterprise Applications practices to differentiate and grow DXC in Australia and New Zealand.

**Revenue Growth**:

- Develop and execute a regional business strategy to drive revenue growth in the Testing, Applications Managed Services and Applications Modernisation and Development domains.
- Identify new opportunities and focus industries for expansion.
- Drive both Partner sourced and tagged ACV to position DXC as the partner of preference.
- Collaborate with the regional sales and marketing teams to develop and implement successful Go-To-Market strategies.
- Manage the P&L for the region, monitoring financial performance and making data-driven decisions to achieve revenue targets.

**Complex Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, industry partners and internal teams.
- Navigate complex regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the region.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-level escalations and issue resolution.
- Develop strong relationships with key Custom Applications customers as required

**Brand Growth**:

- Drive DXC to top three position in the ANZ market for Testing, Applications Managed Services and Applications Modernisation and Development.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the DXC Custom Applications brand presence and reputation in the region.
- Participate in industry conferences, events, and forums to showcase DXC's expertise and thought leadership in the Custom Applications domain.
- Promote the DXC brand through marketing, PR, and community engagement initiatives.

**Delivery and Operations**:

- Support Advisory, Implementation and Managed Service Delivery ensuring Customer Success and DXC commercial results.
- Utilise and ensure compliance with DXC tools, processes and methodologies to protect client data and deliver successful and sustainable business outcomes for customers.

**Pivotal Experience & Expertise**
- ** Sales Leadership**:**Minimum five years Sales leadership experience, ideally Services sales for SaaS solutions in the ANZ market. A proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and internally within organisations like DXC.
- ** Pre-Sales**: Proven track record working with solutioning teams to ensure strategic offerings resonate in the market and IP creation improves DXC competitive positioning.
- ** Bid Response**: Excellent writing and pricing skills to ensure compelling proposals for renewals and new logo wins
- ** Business Development**:**Track record for influencing and leveraging marketing to deliver growth with a strong network of relationships in the market that can be leveraged to enable DXC’s success.
- ** Custom Applications**:**Familiarity and knowledge of Testing, Applications Managed Services and Applications Modernisation and Development services.
- ** Delivery Excellence**: Proven track record working with delivery to deliver a complex range of advisory, implementation and managed services to a variety of industries with consistently strong client outcomes
