Our offices are operated by industry professionals who understand the challenges of remote area work and the important role that our personnel play in maintaining a safe and productive work site.
- Diploma in Work Health & Safety (Highly Desirable)
- Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (Highly Desirable)
- AOD Testing
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space Entry
- ICAM Experience (desired)
- MSIC (Highly Desirable)
- C manual licence (or higher)

Applicants with the following additional skills will be highly regarded:

- High level of written and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a team environment

Baseline Health and Safety Advisors should have a minimum of 2 years safety experience within the mining industry along with excellent communication skills and the ability to engage work groups at the work front.
