- Thursday 7.30-5.30
- Friday 7.00-2.30

**Responsibilities**:

- Phone + enquiry management including managing all incoming phone calls for the practice + getting patients ready for their appointments
- Payments including processing payments and organising health insurance rebates and other claims
- Maintain patient records and update system and filing management
- Communicates bookings and patient needs with Dental staff
- Organizes float and cash change requests, Performs end of day settlements
- update policies and procedures as per practice policies

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- 2+ years' experience as a dental receptionist or similar
- Outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently & autonomously
- Superior time management skills and highly organized
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High confidence and proficiency in IT with strong knowledge of MS Office suite

Our client is a thriving and well-established dental clinic based in Hampton. They provide a range of services including teeth whitening, dental implants, root canal treatments, receding gums, jaw and muscle pain, mouthguards and splints and so much more. They are seeking a dental receptionist to join this close-knit team and you will be responsible for running the operations of the front office as well as assisting the dentists in anything they need to ensure their day is smoothly run. You will ensure that the practice is productive and efficient, while also ensuring that every patient has an exceptional experience at the practice. Days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (38 hours). This can be flexible.
