** Hospital Partnerships Administrator** plays a crucial role by providing administrative support to the HealthCare Management Hospital Partnerships and Contract Managers and is principally responsible for managing Hospital Purchaser Provider Agreement (HPPA) documentation. In addition to contract administration, you’ll undertake a wide range of administrative activities that support Bupa’s arrangements with providers, aligned to improving our members hospital experience.

The HealthCare Management team supports Bupa’s product value proposition by managing claims risk through establishing relationships with providers to ensure quality services are delivered at affordable prices. The team also develops information to help members manage their health and illnesses better, to assist them to effectively navigate the health system and to access appropriate out of hospital health services as an alternative to hospitalisation. Your new team work collaboratively from different locations across Australia and truly value the team culture they have created.

**How will I help?**

Be a part of team that develops and executes strategies that support the goal of sustainable affordability by minimising claims risk.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Contract management
- Prepare accurate provider contracts, renewals and schedules and manage document control of executed contracts
- Enter key features of agreement renewals in relevant provider management platforms and databases
- Provide contract management technical interpretation to Hospital providers and internal teams to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of the Agreement
- Provide ongoing administration support to the Hospital Partnerships and Contract Managers including development of engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Provide guidance and advice to improve the management of hospital provider’s claims
- Support with the distribution of volume provider communications, organisation of meeting venues and catering.

**What do I need?**

As a highly organised Administrator you’ll be passionate about working as part of a dynamic team, be meticulous in delivering accurate and timely administration activities, with a customer-first mindset.

In addition, you’ll require:

- Highly proficient computer skills, including accurate data entry and advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & One Note
- Demonstrate a minimum of three years’ work experience in the health insurance industry preferably working with hospital providers and partners
- Methodical when navigating complex issues and problems with curiosity to identify and map improvements
- Be familiar with Customer Management Systems (CMS). At Bupa, we use Cyclops, BOSS, IWS Workflow, however knowledge of other CMS’ would be advantageous.
